Good News Clubs

Once-a-week Bible clubs that change lives!

Teachers, principals, volunteers, parents, and the students themselves have told CEF of the importance of Good News Clubs. These after-school Bible clubs are making an impact for society as well as for the Kingdom of God.

We have witnessed story after story of children whose lives have been transformed by the Gospel. They changed from uncaring students who disregarded others into model examples. We have seen withdrawn kids become positive leaders among their peers and children. These children, who might otherwise be at home alone, instead enjoy fun and fellowship in a structured environment at a Good News Club.

All boys and girls ages 5 to 12 are welcome to attend and have fun while learning about character development, missionary adventures, the love of God, and more. The ultimate goal is for children and their families to accept the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Good News Club kids take what they have learned home to their families, and – in turn – the families often begin attending the local, sponsoring church.

Start a Good News Club

Good News Clubs can be held in homes, community centers, churches, or schools. CEF provides all the training needed for parents and volunteers who wish to be instructors for an after-school Bible club. CEF also screens volunteers to ensure the Bible clubs are completely safe for every child who attends. All that’s needed from you to sponsor a Good News Club in your area is the desire to reach the people in your own community. CEF provides you with all the training, materials, and support that you need.
